In agonizing stories about the end of our era, there is a legend about a form that arose from the union between flesh and metal. It is not a sacred word which names it nor nobody has raised mounds in honor to his memory but, no doubt, what that hybrid and conscious form, that allowed human life endure and grow from its ashes, should deserve it. It is, however, an old story, of a so distant future we tend to think that never happened.

del fin de nuestra era, hay una leyenda sobre un forma surgida de la
unión entre la carne y el metal. No es sagrada la palabra que la
nombra ni nadie ha levantado túmulos que honren su recuerdo pero, no
cabe duda, de que la forma híbrida y consciente que permitió a la
vida humana perdurar y crecer desde sus cenizas debiera merecerlo.
Es, sin embargo, un relato antiguo, de un futuro tan lejano que se
tiende a pensar que jamás sucedió.
